In 2021, the Veil has been shattered by entities unknown... and magic has returned.MetaZoo: Cryptid Nation is the first trading card game that expands into the real world. With reality bending mechanics, MetaZoo: Cryptid Nation's gameplay is impacted by the world around you. Snow storms, lightning, and tornadoes either drain or grant power to your strategies!
MetaZoo: Cryptid Nation is a Cryptid themed TCG for 2-6 players. Players assume the roles of Casters; their decks representing Spellbooks from which they cast powerful Spells, summon ancient Artifacts, and form Contracts with beloved Cryptids to aid them in the Arena. Be wary of your surroundings though, the environment around the Arena has the potential to strengthen your Beasties, or even weaken your Spells! With the Veil between our world and all things magical mysteriously shattered, it is up to you to become a powerful enough Caster to fight the menacing Indrid Cold and his powerful Cryptids....or join their ranks! Will you for a Contract with the benevolent Bigfoot and Fearsome Critters to protect our forests, or embrace the flying catastrophe that is The Mothman? The choice is yours in MetaZoo: Cryptid Nation!

Great Functionality a bit light weight tho!

It’s def functional. It looks nice and is not an eye sore. Def will be easy to maintain for cleaning of dust. HOWEVER, four stars simply cause it is a bit top heavy. I will have to find a solution to weight it down so it’s not so top heavy. Possibly in the future they might design a simple one like this with a simple one pound weight across the bottom. Outside of that tiny little issue…a pretty solid simple compact remote holder that functions. Need I say it is Not an eye sore sitting on th coffee table. That was also a winner n my book.
